What kind of cancer does he have?

He has lung cancer

When did y'all find out?

Around one year ago [June 2023] his lungs became filled with water. We consulted Dr. Gaurav Chhabra for this and he told us to come here [Geetanjali Hospital] to have a procedure to remove the water. So when we came here, we found out that there was cancer too.

So than from where did you have treatment done?

First of all, the water removal procedure didn't work out properly here, so we went to Ahmedabad [another city] and got it properly done there. We found out that there had become a gap between the lungs, so the doctors put some kind of powder there so that water wouldn't fill up inside again. After that they said that it's Stage 4 cancer, so we will have to do treatment in Udaipur. So here Dr. Ankit Agarwal prescribed immunotherapy for us, which has now been going on for around 8-9 months.

And who pays for all these expenses?

The government had paid up till 14000 Rupees, but now we have to pay every time.
